Terms and conditions.

Every piece of timber is unique to itself which gives each Paradox Movement creation its own distinct character and look. Variations of colour, grain direction and grain depth should be expected between pieces. 

Paradox Movement requires a minimum 50% deposit for any works to be commenced for bespoke with the balance due before delivery. Customers are welcome to view their completed piece in our workshop before delivery is made. As our furniture is made to order we don’t offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.

Uncompromising quality is one of the tenets of our brand so if your new furniture is not to the quality you expect we are committed to resolving any grievance within reason in a timely manner.

Paradox Movement has a general lead time based on each product from date of deposit, however the period given is a guideline. Bespoke pieces and larger orders require additional time as well as busier periods of the year. Your lead time will be advised upon purchase.
